This weekend marks the start of the Marty Barnes Pacific Northwest winter race series for 2013-2014. I’m very excited as I will be covering each race to the best of my abilities to hopefully increase the media coverage here in the NW region. So check this site for race updates this weekend. This is a 5 race series that will cover Portland, Bremerton, Tacoma, Albany, and a finale in Olympia to see who is the the King of the NW!

The race format is new this year with open practice on Saturday from 9am -5pm  and 1 round of qualifying will be held at 5:30pm. Sunday will have 2 rounds of qualifying and double A’s and B mains for mod buggy and for the other classes….. double A’s with 8 min lower mains.
