The 19th annual GoldCup is underway at Tacoma R/C Raceway with 3 rounds of qualifying set for Saturday and is the premier NW race to kick off the winter season. This year’s special invite is previous Reedy Race Champion and 2011 2wd Nation Champion, TLR’s Dustin Evans. Looking ballistic fast in SC, 4wd, and 2wd, Evans is poised to battle the local fast guys like Team Associated’s Luke Smith, Michael Schoettler, and John Walentia. Also and always a threat to take the win is Kyosho’s Ryan Matesa.

The track layout is technical and very challenging requiring all drivers to stay focused to set a fast pace. With 160+ entries and triple A-mains, the racing is guaranteed to be EPIC.
